These Terms of Service govern your use of the HIGHENDVICES website and your purchase of products from HIGHENDVICES. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. About HIGHENDVICES

HIGHENDVICES is an independent retailer of curated fashion, accessories, footwear, collectibles, and related merchandise. Items may be new, pre-owned, vintage, collectible, or one of one.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, HIGHENDVICES is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any designer, manufacturer, brand, or trademark owner featured on this website. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and customer information

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for checking your order details and shipping address before completing checkout.

3. Product condition and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe each product, including its condition, measurements, sizing information, and known flaws.

Vintage and pre-owned merchandise may show age-appropriate wear. Colors, textures, proportions, and other details may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the listing.

Tagged sizes do not guarantee fit. Sizing can vary by brand, era, country, manufacturing process, alteration, and prior wear. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing, examining the available photographs, and comparing provided measurements before ordering.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

We may cancel or decline an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. One-of-one items can become unavailable without notice.

5. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, duties, brokerage charges, and other fees shown at checkout or imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may use Shopify and other service providers to process payments and help detect fraud.

6. Final sale, cancellations, and eligible issues

Because of the unique, vintage, pre-owned, collectible, and often one-of-one nature of our merchandise, all products are final sale unless an exception is described in our Return and Refund Policy or a remedy is required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, fit, comfort, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, lack of product knowledge, or wear and flaws accurately disclosed in the listing.

Orders generally cannot be canceled after they are placed. Eligible issues, reporting deadlines, evidence requirements, authorized returns, and available remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If these Terms conflict with our Return and Refund Policy regarding a return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or damaged or incorrect item, the Return and Refund Policy controls.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Available shipping methods, rates, destinations, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information. Lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, refused, returned, and international shipments are handled according to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

If these Terms conflict with our Shipping Policy regarding fulfillment or delivery, the Shipping Policy controls.

8. Product care and use

Some vintage, pre-owned, aged, or collectible products may be fragile because of their materials, construction, age, or previous use.

Customers are responsible for appropriately handling, wearing, storing, cleaning, and maintaining purchased items. Damage occurring after delivery through wear, improper cleaning, alteration, repair, misuse, accidents, moisture, heat, chemicals, improper storage, or failure to follow disclosed care instructions is not considered an eligible order issue, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use this website or its services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Commit fraud or provide false or misleading information.
Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Transmit malicious software or interfere with website security.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our original content without permission.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person.
Place orders using unauthorized payment information.
Resell access to customer accounts or misuse store services.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual property

Original HIGHENDVICES website content, including original text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, belongs to HIGHENDVICES or is used with permission.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Third-party services and links

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other third-party services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. HIGHENDVICES is not responsible for third-party websites, content, services, or conduct beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Purchases from HIGHENDVICES are transactions directly between the customer and HIGHENDVICES, not Shopify.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to those rights, HIGHENDVICES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

14. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively except where applicable law requires otherwise.
